FAQS

No, Mountain Home HOA Solutions manages the HOA and Vail Resorts manages the rental program. While both teams work together to ensure owners receive the highest level of service, the functions are completely separate. Each company has their own owner portal for their specific functions.


Go to mountainhomehoa.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal/login to access your Mountain Home HOA Owner Portal. Enter your credentials to login. If you haven't setup your account yet, you will need to reach out to the Mountain Home Team to get set up. Once logged in you can view your statements, set up payments, view association documents, and enter maintenance requests. If you own multiple quarter shares, select your name in the top right hand corner and you can switch accounts. 


The Vail Resorts Owner Portal is an online site where you can access your rental revenue statements and view and change your personal information. Here are instructions for first time users:

  • Go to http://www.vailresortshomeowners.com
  • Choose “Owner Sign In” at the top of the screen
  • Select “Sign Up” for new users and fill in the fields


 

  1. Sign into Vail Resorts Homeowners website vailresortshomeowners.com
  2. Click Edit Sign In Information
  3. Click on the Manage Vail Resorts Owner Portal Master Linked Accounts
  4. There is a document posted in the “Help” tab called “linked Accounts Help Document for Homeowners” that can walk you through how to link the accounts
  5. Once accounts are linked, choose My Profile at the top of the screen, then Linked Accounts
  6. A drop down will display all the accounts you can now move between
  7. Simply click on the unit to move to the new site.


The reservation department and rental program are managed by Vail Resorts. Contact Donna Sheeran, your Vail Resorts Owner Relations Manager for assistance. She can be reached via phone at 435-615-8019 or by email at donna.d.sheeran@vailresorts.com.  


The Vail Resorts Owner Portal is an online site where you can access your rental revenue statements. Your rental revenue statement includes booked room nights for your unit. Here are instructions for first time users:

  • Go to http://www.vailresortshomeowners.com
  • Choose “Owner Sign In” at the top of the screen
  • Select “Sign Up” for new users and fill in the fields

The front desk will automatically program an owners key card to access the owner areas. 


If you own one quarter share you are allowed to have one set of lockers, two quarter shares get two locker sets, and so on and so forth. Any current open lockers are for new owners or current owners that do not have a locker set. The HOA management team will reclaim lockers from owners who are out of compliance.


Check payments should be mailed to: Mountain Home HOA Solutions PO Box 980506 Park City, UT 84098. To set up autopay, and have the charges deducted automatically please follow these instructions: 

  1. Visit https://mountainhomehoa.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal/login
  2. Enter your email and password (if you need to reset the password you will get an email)
  3. Sign in
  4. Once logged in you can set up payments.
